The QuickTime plug-in may not be configured for the speed of your connection to the Internet.
One way is to click and hold on the video as it is playing to get the menu selection for the plug-in (pc - use the right button, mac - use any button). Select "Connection Speed" or "Plug-In Settings" and check/reset the speed of connection to be the same as your connection to the Internet (e.g., 56Kbps Modem, 365Kbps DSL, T1).
No sound or picture - just a broken image in the video display window.
The streaming videos require QuickTime 5 plug-in (or better). Please visit www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ to update your version.
Sound without picture.
The video is not real clear (fuzzy).
The small version of the video may produce a higher quality image. This is especially true if you use a slow modem to connect to the Internet (e.g., 56Kbps). You should check the settings for your QuickTime plug-in (see first answer above on how to select the correct connection speed).
Motion on the video is jerky.
